Why Improv?
Improvisation is a powerful tool for boosting creativity, confidence, and quick thinking. Our classes provide a supportive environment to explore and develop these skills which provide essential foundations for acting and/or public speaking. Improv teaches us to learn to ‘Fail’ but we ensure that we have a lot of fun along the way!
What You’ll Learn
Learn to free your mind and become a more confident ‘performer’. In our classes, you’ll learn to work seamlessly with a team, building compelling scenes through active listening and responding. By the end, of the course you’ll be ready to showcase your skills in an informal Improv Show for family and friends, and be a faster thinker and better listener in life.

Class Options
- BEGINNERS: For beginners who would like to learn the skills and tricks of Improv.
- INTERMEDIATE: For those with some improv experience who want to sharpen their timing, deepen scene work, and expand their character range.
- ADVANCED: For experienced improvisers ready to push boundaries, refine their craft, and perform at a higher level with greater nuance, commitment, and confidence.
Core Skills You’ll Learn:
- YES AND…: Improve listening and responding skills for dynamic scenes.
- VOCAL CLARITY & CONFIDENCE: Build a strong voice that gets heard and noticed.
- PLAYING REALITY: Create authentic, believable scenes without the pressure to be funny.
- STORY STRUCTURE: Build scenes that maintain interest and engagement.
- PHYSICALITY: Use actions to create environments and add depth.
- CHARACTER: Develop rich, memorable characters through voice and body work.
You’ll also be introduced to essential performance games, building your skills and confidence for the final showcase where you’ll perform for an invited audience.
